Une analyse r\u00e9cente souligne que plus de 80 % des \u00e9changes du continent transitent par les ports, faisant de la modernisation des infrastructures portuaires un imp\u00e9ratif de comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Beaucoup de ports africains sont confront\u00e9s \u00e0 des d\u00e9fis majeurs : congestion, v\u00e9tust\u00e9 des \u00e9quipements, lourdeurs administratives et co\u00fbts \u00e9lev\u00e9s. Ces contraintes ralentissent les \u00e9changes et limitent l&#8217;attractivit\u00e9 des ports pour les investisseurs internationaux. Cependant, la mise en \u0153uvre de la ZLECAF (Zone de libre-\u00e9change continentale africaine) pourrait faire bondir le fret maritime de 58 \u00e0 131,5 millions de tonnes, doublant ainsi les \u00e9changes intra-africains.
